Do I need an immigration solicitor?
We are registered with the OISC (Office of Immigration Services Commissioner) to the highest level. This means that we undertake the same level of work as solicitors and other legal professionals. However, we solely practice in UK Immigration.
What are your fees?
Our fee structure is calculated on the nature, scope, and complexity of the matter. We will always make an assessment on your case first before providing you with a quote. This will be agreed with you before any work s carried out.
How long does the process take?
This will depend on the application, whether it is made from within the UK or overseas and whether there are any complex issues involved. We will give you an estimate based on our current experience of managing similar cases.
Do you provide free immigration advice?
We cannot take responsibility for free advice unless we have been instructed to represent you on your case. We will provide a free assessment where possible. Detailed immigration advice will often require a consultation fee to be charged.
What documents do I need?
It is not possible to provide an exhaustive list of documents for every case. Our approach is to evaluate your case based on your circumstances, tailoring our advice to suit your situation.
When should I apply?
We advise clients to contact us as soon as possible to discuss their case and plan when to make an application. Three months prior to making an application is normally sufficient.
Do you cover legal aid?
We are unable to represent clients on legal aid. You should contact the OISC directly for details of not-for-profit firms.
Are you part of the UK Border Agency?
No. We are a specialist immigration firm. We represent corporate and private clients on their applications to the UK Border Agency and appeals to the relevant Tribunal where appropriate
