You must also meet the following criteria:-

The sponsor can award the certificate if the role you are coming to:

preach or perform pastoral duties;
work as a missionary; or
work in a religious order within a community which involves a permanent commitment like a monastery or convent.

This should also explain how the role meets the resident labour market test, where relevant.

You must have 10 points for English language. This will be met if you:

are a national of a majority English speaking country; or
pass an approved English language test; or
hold a degree that was taught in English and is the same as a UK bachelor's degree.

There are also transitional arrangements for those who are already in the UK in another immigration category.

You must have 10 points for Maintenance (funds). This will be met if you:

have <£800 in personal savings, held for a continuous 90-day period ( which ends no more than 1 calendar month before the date of your application; or
have written confirmation from your sponsor that it will maintain and accommodate you until the end of your first month of employment in the UK if required. Only available to A rated sponsors.

There are also transitional arrangements for those who are already in the UK in another immigration category.
