Any organisation that wishes to sponsor a person under the points based system, must hold a sponsorship licence. Without this, you cannot transfer existing employees to the UK, extend an existing work permit, or apply for permission to employ someone from outside the EEA.
Once granted, the sponsorship licence allows you to make an application for permission to employ a person. However, each individual application will still be decided on a case by case basis.
This is a formal application which requires you to prove that you understand the duties and responsibilities expected of you as a sponsor.
If you would like us to manage this sponsorship licence application on your behalf, you should seek professional advice at an early stage, to ensure that the application is fully prepared and lodged correctly.
