Once the licence is granted, you will receive a sponsor rating (A or B) which can be viewed by any person online. This rating can be downgraded or even withdrawn if you have not fully complied with your duties.
As part of the audit, your organisation will be assessed across five key areas;
1. Monitoring immigration status and prevention of illegal working
2. Maintaining migrant contact details
3. Record keeping
4. Migrant tracking and monitoring
5. Recruitment practice and professional accreditations
All work undertaken will be in the strictest confidence. Our approach will depend on the size and nature of your organisation, together with what categories you are looking to register under. We will make recommendations based on best practice and experience of working with similar types of organisations previously.
